		Unlike many firms that grew directly out of graphics design or video production groups, National Micro started out with a solid technical foundation, well-versed in software and hardware design, upon which it built a creative and production team.

	We're often asked by large corporations who are considering working with us. How big is National Micro anyway? Frankly, we used to be afraid to tell them the truth.We were concerned that being a small company would scare them away. Now we know better - and so do our clients. With a staff of fifteen full time employees augmented by four to six closely-held contractors, we think that we're just the right size.
		We're big enough to provide the necessary depth in both the creative and technological domains, and to handle multiple projects of significant size. At the same time we're small enough not to suffer from the red-tape and overhead that leads to bloated budgets and sloth-like response to change. Most importantly, the management is young, dynamic and very easily accessible which means that we feel personally responsible for the success of every project and the happiness of each customer.
